2月15日，北大毕业的100名学子，实名联署公开信：呼吁中国政府彻查徐州事件，给人民以真相，还社会予公正。公开信经“陈汉聪博士”发布，但不久便被当局删除，目前该博主处于禁评状态。陈汉聪为北京大学教育学博士，现任教于浙江工业大学。

On 15 February, 100 alumini of Peking University issued a public petition signed by their names, calling on the Chinese government to investigate the Xuzhou chained woman case thoroughly, to give the people the truth, and to return justice to society. The petition was posted by "Dr Chen Hancong", but was soon deleted by the authorities and the blogger is currently banned. Chen Hancong received his doctorate in Education from Peking University and now works as a lecturer at Zhejiang University of Technology.

100位北大学子呼吁彻查徐州被拐女子事件

尊敬的党中央、国务院：

我们是100位曾经就读于北京大学的普通学子，位卑未敢忘忧国，近日徐州被拐女子杨某侠的悲惨遭遇引起全国人民的广泛同情和高度关注。作为新时代中国梦的建设者，我们对于杨某侠的遭遇感同身受，寝食难安，悲愤不已！

北京大学既是一所普通的大学，也是一所不普通的大学，不普通在于其成立之初就和国家、社会的命运紧密连在一起，1919五四运动、共产党的诞生都发端于这所学校。和平建设时期，北大学子同样不能丢了关心家国社会的传统。面对丰县事件舆情汹汹已经严重影响着国家、社会的健康发展，成为了新时代障碍。

拐卖妇女儿童的罪恶行径，造成了无数家庭骨肉离散、家破人亡，与新时代社会主义建设大局格格不入，更是对全体人民幸福生活的赤裸挑衅和无情破坏。目前徐州相关部门针对该事件的四次通报，漏洞百出，前后说法不一，难以令人信服。为此，我们发出呼吁，恳请中共中央、国务院对以下事项进行彻底调查，给全国人民予权威答复：

一、采取公正、严谨、透明的程序，对杨某侠的真实身份进行调查认定，回应人民群体所关切，给人民群众予真相。

二、对杨某侠被拐的20多年间涉嫌渎职及违法犯罪行为的政府官员及相关人员进行彻底调查处理，还人民以正义。

三、对徐州地区、全国各地相关被拐妇女儿童事件进行全面清查，解救目前还处在被虐待或不公正对待的被拐人员。

四、建议启动《刑法》相关条款修订程序，严厉打击拐卖妇女儿童的犯罪行为，杜绝此类恶行再度发生。

因此，不少北大学子自发参与解救与呼吁，遂发出这份倡议。北大人的优秀传统不能丢。

100 Alumni of Peking University urging a thourough investigation on the incident of the trafficked woman in Xuzhou

Dear Party Central Committee and the State Council,

We are 100 Alumni of Peking University; in our humble positions we have not forgotten to worry about our country. The recently exposed tragic experiences of Mouxia Yang in the city of Xuzhou, a victim of human trafficking, has garnered enormous sympathy and attention from people all over the country. As builders of the Chinese Dream in this new Era, we feel as if the experiences of Mouxia Yang are our own, it makes us uneasy day and night, and have an unstopping sorrow and anger in our hearts.

Peking University is an ordinary institution, yet it is also not. It is not because it has been intertwined with the fate of our country and society since its very founding. The May Fourth movement of 1919, the Birth of the Chinese Communist Party, all started right here at this institution. In this time of peace and development, we who are students of Peking University also cannot abandon our tradition of paying attention to our country and society that we call home. The volatile public opinion around the incident in Feng County has been greatly affecting the healthy development of our country and society, becoming a hindrance of this new time.

The criminal act of human-trafficking women and children have caused the breakup of countless families, making people's homes fall apart. it is not in accordance with the grand vision of the socialist development of this new time. Further, it is a direct provocation and heartless intrusion to the happy lives of our people. The four public statements issued by the City of Xuzhou regarding this incident has been self-contradictory and full of loopholes, making them very hard for anyone to accept. It is for this reason, that we issue this petition, urging the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, and the State Council, to thoroughly investigate these following issues, and give the people of the whole country an authoritative response:

Using just, rigorous and transparent procedures, conduct an investigation regarding the true identity of Mouxia Yang, responding to the concerns of the populace, delivering to them the truth.

Thoroughly investigate the government officials and related personals who are suspected of negligence of position and criminal violations during the 20 years in which Mouxia Yang has been abducted, returning the justice to the people.

Conduct a comprehensive investigation on cases of human-trafficking in the area surrounding Xuzhou and various locations throughout the country, vigorously crack-down on the criminal act of trafficking women and children, as to ensure that incidents like this does not happen again.

For these causes, some students of Peking University have chosen to voluntarily participate in the rescuing and petitioning(of/for this woman), resulting in this proposal. The distinctive tradition of individuals of Peking University cannot be lost.

该帖文发表不久就被删除，但截图已在网络上流传。有网友试图将截图发到微博上，但要么发布失败，要么被限制点击。微博话题“清华隔壁”、“pku”等被禁止搜索，现搜索北大、北京大学、pku仅显示蓝v发布内容。

北大联名信发出后，网友呼吁其它高校跟进。北大、清华、人大、浙大等几个名校校友都成立了“拐卖关注群”。根据网传截图，已有多个高校学子接力发出联署信，但多已被封。国内诸多民众亦组织发声，呼吁彻查。
