Kapczynski, A. (2020). The Law of Informational Capitalism. Yale Law Journal, 129(5), 1460-1515.
The Yale Law Journal The Age of Surveillance Capitalism: The Fight for a Human Future at the New Frontier of Power,另一本是 Julie E. Cohen 的 Between Truth and Power: The Legal Constructions of Informational Capitalism

Nedzhvetskaya, N. (2019). Brave New (Digital) World: Translating Knowledge into Collective Action - Shoshana Zuboff, The Age of Surveillance Capitalism: The Fight for a Human Future at the New Frontier of Power (New York, Public Affairs, 2019). European Journal of Sociology, 60(3), 528-533.
(对 Zuboff 的 The Age of Surveillance Capitalism 的另一篇書評)

Bartley, T. (2019). The Digital Surveillance Society. Contemporary Sociology, 48(6), 622--627.

2. Harcourt, B. E. (2015). Exposed: Desire and Disobedience in the Digital Age. Harvard University Press.

补充一部讨论互联网审查的工作生产、全球影响、社交媒体加剧冲突等议题的德国纪录片 The Cleaners(原名 Im Schatten der Netzwelt,网络阴影之下)。
