    Actually flag 7 is NOT the same as flag 5.

    flag 6: Can create new post, can respond, responses are not folded, and 顶帖.

    flag 6: Can create new post, can respond, but responses are folded, and 不顶帖.

    flag 7: Can create new post, can respond, responses are NOT folded, and 不顶帖.
